My name is Julia and I started Feng Shui Clean in 2023 to help those who need assistance with cleaning jobs of all manners.

I have 5 years experience working in the hospitality and housekeeping industry. As a mother, service is a natural and fulfilling part of my life. I am originally from Austin, TX and I am very proud about how the city has become a home for many tech companies.

I have a strong background in hospitality, tourism and turning over Airbnb houses for large families in Red River NM. During my experience turning over multiple Airbnb homes per day for tourist families I had to make sure that every detail was perfect for the moment the clients arrived to enjoy their rental.

I believe that the small details make a big difference during this first impression. When someone rents a space for more than $300-750 per night they do not want to think about the hundreds (or thousands) of previous clients who were using the same space. Every high touch surface must be cleaned because you don't know what exactly has happened during the previous booking. Every article in the kitchen and bathroom must be reviewed, organized and clean.

I actually grew up on my family’s farm in SE Austin. I have many years of experience working in an off grid environment so I am not afraid of getting my hands dirty or finding creative solutions to complete work.

I am capable of working in high stress environments. While working in a ski area town for touring families there were times where there was zero downtime for 4 months. Each winter ski season was a 4 month time period where visiting families were paying the townspeople well for a memorable experience.

I have a minimalist mindset in regards to my cleaning services. I believe the mental pressure that is released when you are functioning in a clean space is a priceless feeling.

What does Feng Shui mean?

Feng Shui is a Chinese Taoist belief that human life is connected to and flowing with the environment around it. Feng Shui Clean’s services were started behind the principle that “One’s external environment can affect one’s internal environment”.

Feng Shui is all about maintaining a free flow and balance of positive Qi(chi) energy around each one of us. Negative Qi can affect someone mentally as well as physically.

Examples of Negative Qi include:

  • clutter

  • dead plants

  • blocked doors

  • expired food

  • dirty dishes

  • broken belongings

  • items with negative associations

Feng Shui Clean LLC is a licensed, bonded and insured cleaning company. We carry general liability insurance and a janitorial surety bond that covers every one of our clients.
